Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed.
Your satisfaction means a lot to us. Before your return is filed, we make sure you're completely satisfied with our services. If for some reason you are not satisfied, you are under no obligation to accept and pay for the preparation of your tax return. However, you will still need to file your return with the I.R.S. by April 15th and The Meyer Tax Service is under no obligation to give you the return we prepared for your use or filing.
If you decide to file the tax return we prepared for you, you can be confident knowing that we stand behind our work.
What records and paperwork should I bring to your office?
You should bring data such as Social Security Numbers and all of your W2s, financial statements from banks, mortgage lenders, investment accounts or other agencies that report either income or loss for the tax year. Also, you should bring documentation for any expenses or deductions you plan to claim.

When should I file an amended return?
An amended return is used to make changes to your tax return information after you have already filed. Changes requiring an amended return include (but are not limited to):
- Failure to report some income
- Errors in computing deductions or credits on the original return
- Claiming additional exemptions, deductions, or credits to which you are entitled
- Change in filing status.
You should also file an amended return if you made a mathematical error calculating an entry on a form or on a worksheet that is not attached to your return that changes your tax liability.
If you failed to send a form or schedule with your return, the IRS service center will request additional information from you, and you may not need to file an amended return.
